Our 100% guarantee/returns

Being totally involved in the tennis industry, we know how frustrating it can be to have the highest expectations for a new purchase, only to be disappointed by a flaw or poor quality, or lousy service . We stand by all of our products and offer a 100% guarantee. Should you wish to return an item for any reason, Tennissweetspot will  promptly do so at your request within 30 days of purchase. We will refund your purchase minus shipping charges. You may also exchange an item within 30 days of purchase. There is no return on used merchandise. Any used item returned to Tennissweetspot will be shipped back to a customer at customer's expense. There are no returns on strung racquets. Any custom stringing purchased with a racquet will not be refunded or credited. Any racquet that is shipped with a built up grip cannot be returned.

Every effort is made to package and ship merchandise to our valued consumers safely. However, accidents do occur and there is always a risk when shipping any goods. Should your purchase arrive flawed or damaged in any way, you may return it to Tennissweetspot for an exchange or a full refund. In such incident that your purchase arrives damaged, we will also refund your original shipping costs. Sorry, we cannot pay for shipping the goods back to us.

I have been doing this for my students for many years, and now players located elsewhere are taking advantage of my experience in this industry. About your order

Please note : We  process and ship most orders that same day we receive them. However some orders may not be processed until the following business day. Your credit card is not automatically charged until stock is verified. Overnight requests must be received by 1 pm EST that day. Overnight shipping requests on Friday will be delivered on Monday.
